We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with a Vlex subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact our support team and we'll help.

Free trials and cancellations

Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
